Tips When Searching... Our online knowledge base engine uses the Boolean search functions. When doing a search for a product, make sure you add an “AND” between your search topics. For example, if the topic is, “Importing an excel file into Codesoft”, the search term best suited would be “Codesoft AND excel”. This will result in a list of documents that contain both words, excel and Codesoft, in the document. It’s also important not to use entire phrases when searching. Using phrases such as “the print is too light” will result in documents that will only have those 5 words in that order. You may miss documents that contain “light print” or “too light print”.
